Superb fishing in Southern Spain

The fishing in this part of Spain is wonderful. There are more fish than you can shake a stick at but fortunately the locals don't realize the pleasure that angling brings so there is plenty of room for all our visitors.

Expect to catch large wild carp, stillwater barbel to double figures, American black bass, trout and who knows what else. We will let you know as we catch them.

To help you get the most from your angling sessions you will have free access to a large selection of quality tackle including carp rods on a pod complete with baitrunner reels loaded with 12lb mono, drop back indicators and alarms. Specimen landing net, scales, forceps, etc. A carp match rod and feeder rod with reels and line, seat box, landing and keepnets. You will also have a good selection of metal ware, bait waiters boxes etc.

All we ask you to supply is your terminal tackle and bait. You can bring these bits with you or purchase them on arrival. The normal bait is sweetcorn but we do keep a selection of other baits and groundbaits which we purchase from a very good tackle shop in Granada. You can buy these from us or we will show you where the shop is. We will also supply a padded chair as an alternative to a seat box and we have spare ones for non-fishing guests.
