Like us, have you fallen in love with the beautiful Lecrin Valley? If so then perhaps we can help you to find the property of your dreams without too much hassel and wasted journeys.

We purchased 2 very old houses next door to each other and then set about converting them into one with an internal courtyard, good sized roof terrace and splash pool. We were very lucky to have a good friend who is an architect who agreed to come out and measure them in return for a few beers and a couple of days of fantastic fishing. After all, a load bearing wall is the same in sunny Spain as it is in cloudy England.

Once we were all back in Englang Dave drew several different plans for us. These were changed many times and when we had agreed upon what we felt was best for us we brought these plans back to Spain and gave them to a Spanish architect to process.

This worked like magic and it was not long before we had all the necessary permissions in place to start work. The local architect got us quotes from local builders and then oversaw the job through to the finish. Doing it this way removed all the worries from us and when we arrived in the village the property was as we had imagined

The recurring complaint that we hear from the many property seekers who have stayed with us is that the house that they came to see has been sold, the views are terrible, you need a 4wheel drive to get to it or quite simply it is not what they thought from the description.

For this service we charge 10 euro per property visited and if you stay with us on your next visit then we will reduce the cost of your accomodation by 5 euro for each visit and you can of course pick our brains to your hearts content.
